Returns & Exchanges

At BAROQUE, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original BAROQUE packaging, ensuring the invoice and the RMA form are included inside the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
